Conditions for Return and Refund

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving.
  • Items must be in unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging attached.
  • Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Items lost in transit during return shipment
  • Items on sale or clearance

Return Process

  2. Return authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN along with a copy of your receipt. Ship the item to the address we provide.
  4. Refund processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
